Oink & Oscar is built on a lifetime in restaurants. Between us, we bring over 90 years of combined experience, working every position in the business, from the line to the front of house.

Cooking started early. I began working in kitchens at 15, and that foundation shaped everything we do today. We care about process, consistency, and doing things the right way, because we’ve seen what happens when you don’t.

At Oink & Oscar, that means making everything in-house, building sandwiches with intention, and focusing on the details that actually matter. Great food is the baseline. Our goal is to deliver a great experience every time someone walks through the door.
